Your role:

  • Lead the successful setup and execution of cross-functional and international projects as well as agile programs with executive management (CEO and COO) attention in scope, time, budget and quality
  • Identify and manage strategy processes and implement strategy into operations
  • Build international project teams including external partners
  • Developing business models
  • Manage communication, project progress reporting as well as decision processes
  • Consult business areas on all elements of a successful operating model (incl. organizational setup, processes solutions)
  • Identification and realization of key strategic initiatives
  • Continuously strive for excellence by identifying and implementing innovative improvement ideas – this includes operational improvements as well as opportunities connected to digitalization
  • Sustainably manage change and transformation
  • Closely collaborate with business areas and efficiently manage crucial interfaces between corporate/ business functions
  • Setup of continuous improvement processes
  • Develop competences and best-practice toolkits to succeed in major change initiatives

Your profile

  • 5-8 years professional and relevant work experience, of which 3 years’ experience in leading consulting (international) teams of skilled and experienced project managers
  • Detailed understanding of the various dimensions of different operating models (operational strategy, governance, process, technology, organizational design, performance)
  • Extensive Project Management experience (ideally certification as Senior Project Manager) incl. know-how on agile methods
  • Deep knowledge and experience in the fields of transformation, change management and process management
  • Situational leadership with regards to different target groups (incl. senior management)
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities to achieve outstanding results by finding new and practicable solutions
  • Fluent in English; German knowledge an advantage as is a third language
